Sabanci Holdings appoints TDI to deliver Company wide innovation initiative

Sabanci Holdings, one of the biggest conglomerates in Turkey, decided to use the KEPNERandFOURIE approach with some of their companies for an enterprise wide adoption of an innovative culture. Thinking Dimensions, in cooperation with their local operation Case Learning, were contracted to initially help 3 Sabanci companies to adopt the KEPNERandFOURIE approach.

This company wide Innovation Culture Establishment will commence with various “scans” to assess the “as is” situation and then TDI will lead the Top Team through an Innovation Strategy session. Once this stage has been reached stage TDI would train in-house facilitators to ensure application and repeatability of the Innovation process.
