Thinking Dimensions structures interim worksessions to build capabilities and understanding of the intent behind using process for a common language across the organization.
This results in the correct degree of application of the processes and equips groups to be more productive and sustain long-term results. It is most commonly integrated into larger process improvement or capability development engagements.
