Dr. Mat-thys Fourie is currently chairman of Thinking Dimensions Global and Managing Director of Thinking Dimensions USA and Thinking Dimensions Singapore. He is also co-author and co-designer of the KEPNERandFOURIE™ methodologies.

Dr. Fourie has over 29 years of problem-solving and decision-making experience and has worked with companies including Macquarie Group, SASOL, Unisys, SITA, Barclays, RBS, NCS, Singapore Stock Exchange, BMW, VW, Cadbury Schweppes, Westpac, National Australia Bank, Kimberly Clark, Hollister, Stihl Inc. and the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Kepner was the co-founder of the Thinking Dimensions Global problem solving methodologies. In the 1950s and early 60s, Mr. Kepner worked with Benjamin Tregoe, and the two devised their own problem solving and decision making process. This process achieved worldwide recognition when NASA engineers employed it to rescue the astronauts aboard doomed spacecraft Apollo 13.

Dr. Kepner later partnered with Mat-thys Fourie, another recognized expert in the field of problem solving in the business/ professional sector. In 1997, Thinking Dimensions International was established, and the organization has grown exponentially, delivering problem solving, decision making and trouble shooting methods and tools to organizations and individuals worldwide.

Our Chairman Emeritus, Founder and Friend passed away on March 27th at the age of 94. We are profoundly saddened, but choose to celebrate his ground-breaking contributions and continue his legacy.
