Does your staff have the right tools to Investigate and eliminate unwanted IT costs? The most challenging question for CIO’s and CTO’s to address.

Most incident investigators were working with inaccurate information because they were asking the wrong questions. So rather than changing the people, change the question they were looking for. Invest in a methodology that can be transferred to your staff to be utilized at the place where the problem originated. So flow of right information at right time is very critical at every stage of investigation process.
