This is a very new 2day KF workshop targeted at Problem Managers (Also Incident Managers will benefit).
It includes:
- Technical Cause & Root Cause skill sets.
- New exclusive RCA KF process. This is the process that will be used once the Technical Cause has been found in CauseWise, to find the underlying reasons - A true Problem Management Tool. This has been in development for 4 years and is now ready to be rolled out.
- Understanding what to do if the Root Cause is:
- In your control to identify.
- Not in your control to identify and you need mitigation actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- In a vendors control and you will never know the outcome.
- Networking with other Problem Managers and similar roles.
